A page from Sheila's book…I feel that libraries are the core of a community and that the better the lirbrary the better the community.
I find time to read at any moment, short or long, that is available. I read whatever I can get my hands on. I am a reader, plain and simple. The written word facinates me. I read biographies, autobiographies, crime, suspense and "how it works" books. And that doesn't count the magazines and newspapers I read every day.
When I go into our libraries I head straight for the reserve section where I almost always have a book or DVD waiting for me.
A world without libraries would make me sad...and possibly poorer because withouth libraries I would spend all my discretionary income on books!
